After successful payment, you will receive an email with download links. You can also use our retrieve system to access your purchases anytime.

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets through our secure Razorpay payment gateway.
Q. Can I get a refund?
Due to the digital nature of our digital products, we have a strict no-refund policy. Please review digital products carefully before purchasing.
Q. How long do download links remain active?
Download links in your email remain active indefinitely. However, retrieve links expire after 3 minutes for security reasons.

Q. What if I don't receive my download email?
Check your spam folder first. If you still don't see it, use our retrieve system with your email and order ID to access your purchase.
Q. What are the Order & Payment ID formats?
Order IDs follow the format: OIDXX12345TEST. Payment IDs look like: pay_1A2b3C4d5E6f.
Q. What if my payment was successful but I didn't receive my Digital Products?
If your payment was successful but you didn't receive your digital products, please don't panic. Contact us immediately with your email and payment/order ID. We'll verify your purchase and ensure you receive your digital products within 24 hours. We also monitor all payments and will reach out if we detect any issues.
Q. What if money was deducted but my order wasn't completed?
If money was deducted from your account but the order wasn't completed due to a technical issue, please contact us immediately with your payment details. We monitor all transactions and will resolve this within 24 hours. Keep your payment confirmation/SMS as proof.
Q. How long do I have access to purchased Digital Products?
You get lifetime access to all purchases with instant download links.
Q. What should I do if I believe a product infringes copyright?
Email us immediately with details about the product and your copyright claim, we will remove the product asap.
